About the Job
HVAC INSTALLER.

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC Installer to install, HVAC systems. The HVAC Installer will be skilled in diagnosing customer's equipment, adjusting and/or repairing (at times) systems. You will guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their requirements. You will install, inspect and ensure that the new system works efficiently.

Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills. Must be able to run job start to finish, have good work ethic, a professional and positive attitude, a neat and clean appearance. Must possess a valid driver's license, have dependable transportation, be punctual and reliable.
 
HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
  • Inspect the effectiveness and safety of the current customer’s HVAC system.
  • Identifying risks on equipment.
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources.
  • Comply with our company standards, service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

HVAC Installer Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
  • 3+ years experience as an HVAC Installer, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
  • Working knowledge of boiler systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with others and be a team player.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (Ex: crawl spaces, attics).
  • Have own hand tools.

$30-45.00/Hr + for qualified, ideal candidate.
